Terms and Conditions
1. All invoices are payable within 30 days following the date of the invoice. Our terms are net 30 days and there is no discount.
2. If an invoice is disputed, the customer has to notify us in writing within 30 days of the date of the invoice and specify the invoice number, the nature of the dispute and the amount involved. Without a notice during that time, we at Don Mann Excavating believe that the parts and services delivered are in order.
3. Don Mann Excavating charges a rate of 2% per month for unpaid accounts over 30 days. Customer must accept and pay interest or have the account closed.
4. Customers whose account remains unpaid for 60 days from date of invoice are considered as C.O.D accounts until the accounts are reduced to the agreed credit limit and brought current.
5. Customers whose accounts have exceeded their credit limit will be considered as C.O.D. accounts unless special arrangements have been made with our credit department before the line of credit is exceeded.
6. Don Mann Excavating reserves the right to discontinue services to overdue accounts.
7. There are to be no deductions, holdbacks or offsets of any kind from the amount billed unless prior approval is obtained from our credit department.
8. I/We personally guarantee payment to you of all moneys due for goods and services provided to me/us.

The foregoing information is warranted to be true. I/We authorize Don Mann Excavating Ltd. to obtain credit reports or any other information required to establish and maintain a credit account. This consent is given pursuant to Section 12 of the Personal Information Reporting act of S.B.C. 1973.
